Assistance Programs for SME and Microbusiness Current Programs and Products Available To Assist Small and Microbusinesses
Safety Advisory Visits – For a sole trader or small businesses with less than 50 employees. Provides practical workplace safety and workers compensation and injury management advice that is relevant to their small business.

Rebate Program –The small business rebate gives up to $500 back to small business owners who buy and install eligible safety equipment to address a safety problem in their workplace. It is open to sole traders or small businesses with up to 50 full-time employees or equivalent

Mentor Program – Where large business mentors a small business to identify new ways to address safety – need not be from the same industry.
Get Health at Work Program – A free workplace health service that aims to reduce the prevalence of chronic diseases. The free service gives businesses all the tools, resources, and support they need to develop a simple yet effective workplace health program. This can include access to an accredited workplace health provider.
Micro Assist Program – Helps eligible micro employers (less than 5 workers) by minimising the financial burden of helping workers return to work.
